Farm Incubator works with Carbon Farm, a regenerative farm in Oregon, to put working land and real infrastructure in the hands of farmers who are ready to use it.
What comes with the land
A field on its own is not a farm. Incubated farmers get the things that normally take years of capital to assemble:
- Space to work
- Access to pasture, animals and nature
- Power
- Water
- Recycling
- High-speed internet
- A working community
- A framework built to work for the farmer, the farm and the land
The Land Access Project
The Land Access Project is a 501(c)(3) based in Washington State that works with Carbon Farm to provide land access to regenerative farmers, on terms and in an environment where they can succeed. It awarded its first grant to a farming family who worked the land from 2021 through 2023.
Land access grants are handled through the Land Access Project. Read how it works.
Who this is for
Farmers with a regenerative practice and the intent to run it as a real operation, who need land, infrastructure and people around them rather than advice. If that is you, we would like to hear what you want to grow.
